Dr Kunene graduated with a medical degree from a top university, in 2015. After completing the mandatory internship and community service programmes she has dedicated herself and her time to women's health. She works at a top-performing government hospital as a medical officer in obstetrics and gynaecology. Her interests lie particularly in sexual and reproductive health which has a large focus on fertility.
