U TEST Ovulation Strips offer a simple and reliable way to identify your fertile window by detecting the luteinising hormone (LH) surge that occurs just before ovulation. When used daily around mid-cycle, the strips help pinpoint when fertility is at its highest.

These single-use test strips provide fast, easy-to-read results by comparing test and control lines. They are discreet, affordable, and ideal for those trying to conceive, timing insemination, or practising natural family planning. Some packs include multiple tests or multi-day kits to help ensure the LH surge is detected.

For best results, test at the same time each day and avoid excessive fluid intake beforehand. An LH surge typically indicates ovulation will occur within 24 to 48 hours. Individuals with irregular cycles may need to test over a longer period or seek guidance from a fertility healthcare professional.
