In Her Words: Sinesipho’s Weight Loss Journey with Zoie

Every woman’s health journey is different, and Sinesipho wanted to share hers. In this edition of In Her Words, Sinesipho shares her weight loss journey after becoming a mother and how Zoie has helped her along it.

Weight Loss Goals

Since the births of her daughter and her son a year apart, Sinesipho has been focused on trying to lose weight. 

“I’m not trying to lose weight for looks. I am trying to fight fatigue. I’m always tired at the weight that I am,” she says. “I want to run around with my kids.”

Sinesipho finds that her weight does not allow her to fully enjoy spending time with and playing with her kids.

Her Fave Supplement

Sinesipho says that Zoie’s Waistline Wonder Powder supplement has helped her a lot on her weight loss journey. She has struggled with overeating and controlling her appetite.

“I can’t control myself when it comes to food,” she states. “I eat when I’m stressed, I eat whenever. With food, I can’t discipline myself.”
